Cheryl M, LVN - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
I am an LVN and have worked for Allergy Services of America for the past 6 years. I can tell you that this company is very honest and dedicated to their employees. They offer ongoing training and support, and treat each of their employees as individuals. We all work as a team on a daily basis.
As a Clinical Allergy Coordinator, it has been a very rewarding experience caring for our patients. Knowing that we are making such a difference, and improving the quality of their lives by reducing their allergy symptoms through immunotherapy gives me a sense of accomplishment. ASA takes pride in offering the best of care to our patients.
ASA offers fair compensation, bonuses, holiday pay, personal days and sick time.

I have worked many different jobs in many different fields. I can honestly say I have not enjoyed any of those positions as much as I have enjoyed working with ASA. I have only had the pleasure of meeting a few of my colleagues in person but somehow it still feels like we are all a team.
Our supervisor Abdul goes out of his way to make sure that all of his employees have what they need. When one of the team members needs support, Abdul is the first one to rally the troops to help. He and the whole ASA team make me feel valued and appreciated. I love going to work. Most people can't say that.

I have never experienced the support that I feel is shown here anywhere else that I have worked. It is amazing knowing that everyone here supports the teammate, not knowing the person or not to have spoken to them either. I have each of you in my prayers for safety and health. Keep loved ones close.
Breanna S. - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
I have been working for Allergy Services of America for a little over two years. From day one Dr. Ibrahim and everyone who is apart of the team welcomed me with open arms. Provided information and knowledge in which was so important and I never felt bad for asking a question, every question was answered with a direct answer and amazing guidelines. I have never worked for a company who truly loves and cares for their employees.
ASA takes pride in their employees and ensures that I know that I am doing a great job with unprompted praise and appreciation. Allergy Services of America and the team are apart of my family. We all come together in prayer, we all come together to help each other when needed. The clinical team is wonderful in helping in all aspects! Everyone makes mistakes and I have never been made to feel bad for a mistake, instead I was treated with respect and presented with knowledge and understanding to ensure I can do my best daily. That is so inspiring to be a part of, I am very blessed for being a part of ASA! Most importantly we all come together as a team to make sure we are providing the best care for our patients.

As of October 2024, I will be an employee of ASA for 10 years. It is hard to put into words how proud I am to be part of the ASA family.
I have worked in multiple medical facilities in many capacities, and nowhere has ever been as supportive as the ASA management team and my coworkers. It is incredible working where employers actually care about me and I am not just a warm body doing a job that can be replaced as quickly as I was hired.
There is no “I” in “team” here. It is a heartwarming feeling knowing that everyone here supports one another. Many of us do not know one another, in fact, have never even spoken. It doesn’t matter what clinic or state we are in; we are family. I have never experienced the genuine love and support that I feel here.
Over the years, there have been many personal ups and down and I am always supported 100%. When COVID happened, the partners/management team did everything in their power to keep all the clinics open and every staff member employed. I almost always look forward to going to work, knowing that I will be supported. I believe that these feelings are shared by all during all the blessing and hardships we may go through.
The pride I feel being a member of such a great team has never been matched in my over 30 years as a nurse. I am truly blessed to be where I am today and a member of the ASA family.

As for me, working for ASA and having the colleagues, those personally known and unknown, I have is truly a blessing. The warmth, caring, sincerity, prayers, and camaraderie I’ve never experienced to this degree. The beauty is the selflessness that starts with the head of the company and works its way down to the hearts of each of us and from there we’re able to become one. This company has amazing people, and I don’t find myself working anywhere else. This company is the best of the best!!
All, thank you for being who you are and sharing of yourselves.
Brittany A. - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
Working for ASA for the past 7 years has been amazing. They recognize and show appreciation for their employee’s hard work which makes for such a carrying and wholesome work environment. They treat employees like family and I’m so grateful to be apart of the ASA team.
Terri E. - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
Working for ASA has so many benefits that I love, and also fits well with my social life and family life. The security of a retirement plan, the security of insurance, the security of yearly evaluations, paid holidays off, and the freedom of PTO....these are just some of the financial reasons why I work for ASA.
We have an amazing team who build each other up and offer the best support to one another whenever it is needed. I am empowered to operate an entire clinic with the guidance of the best professionals, doctors, and co-workers. We are able to truly help our patients find relief from their allergy symptoms and I am told by our patients on a weekly basis that immunotherapy has changed their lives. It is an absolutely amazing feeling to be able to help people find normality in their lives and that is why I love being a part of ASA!

I am so proud to a part of the ASA team. I have always wanted to work somewhere where the employers actually care about their employees and not just consider them a body who is just here to do the work. A place where I can say, "team work" is very important. I have definitely felt the comaradity since I have been employed here. Thank you to you all for making me feel this way! Here is to many more years and great memories!
Anna P. - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
I couldn’t be more proud to be where I am today. Thanks to God and all of you for being such great team players and a welcoming family. I have worked in several different areas in the medical field and nothing can compare to ASA. Every single one of you are amazing. Couldn’t do it without yall. Thank you for all the support and love we give one another. Hope you all have a blessed day.
Kelsey K, LVN - Clinical Allergy Coordinator
I have only been with ASA for almost 1.5 years, but the way they take care of their employees like family makes me feel like I have been with them forever. From Scott and Abdul and Richard to Aida and Chelsey and all of the other ASA employees who have been here for me since the beginning, thank you for welcoming me with open arms. To my two coworkers, Angela and Stephany, I am so thankful for them and all they have taught me in the 16 months I have been working here. I am so grateful to work for such a dedicated, genuine company who treats their employees like family. On top of that, they care for each and everyone’s family’s health and well-being. Again, I am so thankful to work for such a great, caring company with the best bosses and coworkers.
