Purpose
The purpose of the Referral Bonus Program is to provide an incentive award to all current employees who bring new talent and/or new clinics to Allergy Services of America (ASA).
Eligibility
All employees, regardless of FTE are eligible to receive a referral bonus EXCEPT for the following:
- Employees whose regular, recurring, jobs include recruitment of employees/clinics such as sales personal and management of ASA.
Clinic Referral Bonus
ASA will award a bonus to employees who identify a target clinic that results in ASA entering into a Provider Service Agreement (PSA) and providing ASA services.
Employee Referral Bonus
ASA will award a bonus to employees who refer a qualified candidate that is onboarded and has passed all employment requirements (references, background check and drug screening).
Bonus Details:
- $500 referral bonus awarded after successful hire.
- We guarantee that the bonus will be paid out within one month of the date we hired a candidate.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All bonuses will be paid accordingly.
- If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the referral bonus.
- Referrers are still eligible for the bonus even if the candidate is hired later.
Bonus Details:
- $2,500 referral bonus awarded upon the opening of the allergy clinic for operations.
- $2,500 referral bonus awarded upon 90 days from the date of opening the clinic.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All bonuses will be paid accordingly.
- If two or more employees refer the same clinic, only the first referrer will receive the referral bonus.
- Referrers are still eligible for the bonus even if the clinic signs a PSA later.
